Appointment Reservations

To make a reservation for your chosen treatment or package you may do so via our online booking system. Alternatively you may contact us by telephone on 020 7354 1805 or by sending an email to where we will be happy to assist you in selecting your perfect treatment.  To ensure your preferred treatment and time is available we recommend you book in advance. To secure your booking you will be required to provide a credit or debit card details. Payment of treatments over the telephone, in person or email bookings shall be taken on the day of your treatment. Please note that we do operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. See cancellation policy for further details.

Cancellation Policy

Individual Bookings – Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge. Failure to cancel will incur the full charge of the appointment made. Group Bookings (3 or more persons) – Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointments. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% charge. Failure to cancel will incur the full charge of the appointments made.

Liabilities & Losses

Please be advised that we do not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings when using our facilities.

Smoking & Alcohol

Smoking is not allowed on any of our premisses. We advise against the excessive consumption of alcoholic drinks prior to your visit to the Spa. We reserve the right to refuse admission.


Due to the age and nature of the premisses there are no lift access to the basement treatment rooms or toilet facilities. We would be grateful if you could advise us of any special access requirements.


All prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Gratuities are not included and are welcomed at your discretion. All treatments and packages are subject to availability and cannot be amended.

Packages Terms and Conditions

Treatment combinations are subject to availability. Package treatments cannot be altered or swapped.

Guests are welcome to provide there own refreshments to help make their treat extra special, however we request that alcohol is limited to one bottle per four persons. Cutlery and other such items will not be provided by Angelica Retreat.

Gift Cards

Angelica Retreat Gift Cards are redeemable as part or full payment for products or treatments in store at Angelica Retreat Ltd and are valid for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase. Gift cards are non transferable, non refundable and non exchangeable. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards must be printed out (if purchased online) and presented to the Angelica Retreat member of staff at the time of redemption. Angelica Retreat cannot accept responsibility for Gift cards lost or stolen, or any unauthorised use of the gift cards. Acceptance of this Gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, which may change at any time.

VIP Bridal Card

Angelica Retreat VIP Bridal Cards entitle an Angelica Bridal bride 10% off any regular priced treatment when she visits Angelica Retreat with a friend. VIP Bridal cards are valid from date of purchase at Angelica Bridal until wedding day. Discount applies to person whose name is featured on the card only.
